Refund & Cancellation Policy – Vrindavan Aawas Yojna
We aim to maintain transparency and fairness in all our booking processes. Please review our refund and cancellation terms carefully:
1. Refund for Unsuccessful Applications
In cases where an application is not successful, the full amount paid will be refunded within 7 days from the date of allotment declaration. The refund will be credited to the same account or payment method used during the booking process.
2. 100% Refund in Case of Non-Allotment
If no plot is allotted to the applicant, a complete refund of the booking amount will be issued. No deductions or additional charges will be applied in such cases.
3. Cancellation by Applicant
If a booking is cancelled by the applicant, the refund will be processed after completion of necessary verification and due diligence. The refund timeline may extend up to 90 days from the date of cancellation request.
